About Horizon Steel Frontiers
Horizon Steel Frontiers is a free-to-play MMORPG set in the world of Guerrilla Games' Horizon series, developed and published by NCSoft under license from Sony Interactive Entertainment. Unveiled at G-Star 2025, it takes the series' post-apocalyptic world of tribes and giant animal-like machines online for the first time.
The game is set in a frontier region of the Deadlands, where players hunt and take down huge machines together, with a strong focus on cooperative play. It is coming to PC through NCSoft's PURPLE launcher and to iOS and Android with cross-platform play, and is planned for the first half of 2027. A PlayStation version has not been announced.
