About Pirate101
Pirate101 is a family-friendly pirate MMORPG from KingsIsle Entertainment, the makers of Wizard101, set in the same world of the Spiral. The clockwork Armada has broken free from its prison, and you and your crew race to find the pieces of the legendary map to El Dorado before they do.
Players choose one of five classes: Musketeer, Swashbuckler, Buccaneer, Privateer or Witchdoctor. You recruit hundreds of possible companions and lead them in turn-based tactical battles on a grid, and you can customize and upgrade your ship for battles in the skyways. The game is free to start, with a membership or pay-per-area option for the rest of the world.
