About League of Legends: Wild Rift
League of Legends: Wild Rift is Riot Games' free-to-play mobile version of League of Legends, rebuilt from the ground up for phones with twin-stick controls. Champions from League of Legends fight on a smaller version of Summoner's Rift, and the goal is still to destroy the enemy Nexus.
To fit mobile play, the map is smaller, respawns are shorter and gold comes in faster, so most matches end in 15 to 20 minutes instead of the 30 to 45 minutes common on PC. Ranked play, ARAM-style modes, events and a dedicated esports scene keep the game busy. Wild Rift launched on Android and iOS in October 2020.
