About AION 2
AION 2 is NCSOFT's Unreal Engine 5 sequel to its 2008 MMORPG Aion. Players choose a faction, become a winged Daeva and fight across a world about 36 times larger than the original game's, where flight is part of combat and exploration rather than just a way to travel.
Regions, dungeons and battlefields are built around verticality, so fights happen in the air as well as on the ground. Alongside story quests and PvE content, the faction war between players is the core of the endgame. AION 2 launched in Korea and Taiwan in November 2025 and came to North America and Europe on PC in October 2026.
